These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 88efd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://88efd.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to, registration with, and use of the 88efd platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, bonus programmes and all related services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any part of the 88efd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

The platform does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or any provincial authority. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the 88efd Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful or where access to this Platform is explicitly restricted or blocked.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer or contractor of 88efd or its affiliated operators, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You have not previously had an account on the Platform suspended, restricted or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress, compulsion or coercion.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. 88efd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to close or restrict any account that fails to meet these requirements.

To use the full functionality of the 88efd Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or otherwise — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification. This requires submitting valid government-issued identity documentation. Documents commonly accepted include national identity cards (CNIC for Pakistani residents), passports and other government-issued photo identification. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including proof of address or source of funds.

• KYC documents must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible.
• Submitting false or doctored identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
• The Platform may impose withdrawal restrictions while KYC verification is pending.
• KYC checks may be conducted at any time — not only at withdrawal — in line with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.

• You must notify 88efd immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 88efd will never contact you to request your password, PIN or two-factor authentication code. Any communication claiming to be from 88efd and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent.
• 88efd is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, except where such loss arises from our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
• You may review and manage active sessions and linked devices from your account settings dashboard.

Deposits to the 88efd Platform are processed in PKR where available through the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of transacting. Payment method availability may change without prior notice and is subject to the operator's agreements with payment providers.

Payment Provider References: Familiar Pakistan payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant transfers and bank accounts at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on this Platform as contextual examples only. From time to time, 88efd may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers and other incentives. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer and, unless expressly stated otherwise, to the general bonus principles set out in this section.

• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement, minimum odds conditions, game contribution percentages and a validity period. These are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus or new-user promotion may be claimed per person, per household, per payment method and per IP address.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, shared devices or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.
• 88efd reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect bets already placed in good faith under prior published terms.
• Bonus amounts are quoted in PKR unless otherwise stated. Illustrative figures in promotional materials are examples only and do not constitute guarantees of actual bonus values.

All bets placed on the 88efd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market and game type. Users are encouraged to review the applicable rules before placing any bet. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that betting market.

• All bets are final once confirmed, except as provided in the cancellation or void policies for the relevant sport or market.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the operator's discretion. Odds for in-play markets update continuously; the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error, including manifest pricing errors.
• Bets placed on PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments or other cricket fixtures reference those events as sports context only. 88efd has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team, and does not imply any such affiliation.
• Maximum bet limits per market and per event apply and are displayed in the betting interface. The Platform reserves the right to limit stakes for any user at its reasonable discretion.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance following official settlement of the relevant event or market outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88efd Platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated bots, betting software, algorithms or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any structured practice designed to circumvent the risk parameters of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity, age or contact information.
• Allowing a minor (any person below the applicable minimum age) to access or use your account.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on the Platform.

All content on the 88efd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 88efd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written consent from 88efd.
• The 88efd name, logo and brand identifiers are trademarks of 88efd. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88efd's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 88efd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform.
• 88efd is not liable for interruptions to the Platform caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider failures, government-imposed access restrictions or force majeure events.
• 88efd makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users are responsible for their own device security.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

• Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods from their account settings at any time.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance.
